My college professor said you need a doctor to get you into this world and a lawyer to get you through it. Right class ? Never forgot that comment for some reason. I wish this site was around many years ago. This site is highly beneficial. One to keep reviewing to have it down pat. You never know when you’re going to need it and when you do, you dont want to have to learning in a rush. Unfortunately, that is the situation most of us are in. At least this website breaks it down so you can learn fast and get yourself up to speed. It beats the many dumb lawyers who take your money and treat you like garbage any day.

CourtRoom5 was God sent. At least I can represent myself more competently due to the resources provided by CourtRoom5. Not only is the lawsuit physically draining, but mentally as well. I don’t feel alone in this big legal fight against Goliath. Goliath has drained my funds so that I can not afford an attorney even if I wanted to. Courtroom5 is by far one of the BEST sites I have bump into as a Pro Se litigant. There is so much injustice done on a daily basis within the system. Pro Se litigants come off as getting bullied around a lot. I understand the courts in a way, dealing with frivolous claims. But for those who are really seeking “Justice” this site is where you would want to be. Many people have good cases, but don’t have money for lawyers, I believe this is the best place for you to be. Sometimes we count on the Law to be on our side when the evidence clearly shows, but that isn’t always the case. Something I just recently learned. I read all Courtroom5 materials that had related to mine and had gathered all the samples given pleadings that pertained to my case and had used & applied them in my situations. I went through all the courses one time and did the test as much as I would like. So far so good. I also went through both Florida Small Claim Court Procedure and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure once. Hope I have more time to go through another time before trial. Many information in these procedure manual will help pro se to understand how to deal with court. Less than two months with Courtroom5 help me a lots to be a very good Pro Se litigant. I had a lot of “training” with the most incredible paralegal on Earth for years. But all that was 10 years ago so I forgot a LOT. He was my best friend and I looked at him as the brother I never had. He had one major issue-Heroin. He died in 2017. Courtroom5 MORE than replaces that man and I LOVE LOVE LOVE this website and the weekly webinars. Hello, Courtroom5 was a game changer in for me. I did all the work, study, and writing; but using Courtroom5 was huge for me and I am sure it will be huge for you. My case, where I was the defendant, is now dismissed with prejudice and without cost. The plaintiff was seeking up to $312,000 in damages. I am so happy and thankful that I came across COURTROOM5 today! I am in the middle of a custody battle and I have never had to go to court except one time and it was short but my opposing party had a lawyer and I did not and it was no fun; to say the least. The lawyer pretty much chewed me up and spit me out and the judge just stopped it and the case was denied and closed quickly thank god. Being a pro-se litigant and doing your own legal research can be confusing and overwhelming. I found Courtroom5 while researching my case and their service has become an invaluable go-to resource of legal information, research, custom legal forms and most importantly, step by step guidance that I haven’t been able to find elsewhere. Does this work for my type of case? –
If your opponent has an attorney and you don’t, you’re outmatched. The lawyer representing your opponent has a graduate education in the law, years of practice on the types of claims in your case, and relationships with local judges and court staff. Courtroom5 is designed to help people without lawyers overcome these advantages so you get a fair hearing in court.
Courtroom5 has served people handling foreclosures, wrongful termination, debt collection, high-conflict divorce, child custody, probate, and many other legal issues that rely on rules of civil procedure. Criminal cases, traffic tickets, small claims, and evictions are not well suited to Courtroom5.
Why can’t I use ChatGPT or Claude to create legal documents? –
AI is a powerful tool for generating legal documents and makes it easier to represent yourself in court. However, general AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude “hallucinate” — they make things up — and that’s dangerous in litigation.
Here’s how it works: You tell an AI agent what you’d like to file, or upload a document you’ve received and ask for a response you can file. The AI agent will give you a professional legal document, complete with a persuasive argument and citations to case law. The problem is that the argument may be based on fake law, and the citations may be entirely fictitious. (If you ask, AI will even write case law out of thin air, using the names of real judges who never wrote the opinion.) Judges have ordered 4-figure fines as a sanction for filing these documents. There’s no better way to lose credibility in court.
Courtroom5 uses AI too, but with guardrails that prevent you from filing hallucinated documents. Our process is “law first, argument second”, which means your documents are backed by real legal research and analysis of the facts in your case. You’ll do slightly more work than uploading a document, but the process ensures you know what you’re filing and can argue it in court, where rulings are actually decided.
Is there someone to help with my case? –
Courtroom5 is a ‘Do-It-Yourself’ platform, but you’re not alone. Member services are available when you need them — a lawyer (where available) for a brief consultation or document review, a practice session for your oral argument, or a strategy workshop to help you ask the right questions about your case — all at reasonable flat fees.
Are there any additional fees or long-term commitments? –
A Pay As You Go membership includes a few simple documents, and options for premium documents are purchased separately for a one-time fee. The Inclusive membership includes all documents. Legal and other professional services may also be available to purchase as needed.
There are no long-term commitments or hidden charges, and you may cancel your subscription from within your account at any time.
Your subscription covers only one case. You may handle multiple cases at Courtroom5, but a separate subscription is required for each one.
What types of payment do you accept? –
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. You may also pay with your bank account or Apple or Google Pay. All payments are processed through our billing partner, Stripe. Your subscription is renewed automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account, or reach out to our friendly support team for assistance.
What is your refund policy? –
We honor refund requests for membership payments within three (3) days of an initial or renewal payment. No refunds are available for premium documents. Is my personal information secure? –
Yes. While publicly available, court records are nonetheless sensitive. And your case preparation and evidence are private unless and until you release them in court. For this reason, your privacy is our highest priority.
