He is a former vice president of legal at LegalZoom and is the founding chair of Courtroom5’s advisory board. Ken first coined the term “justice tech” to distinguish consumer solutions from other forms of legal tech that more commonly serve the needs of law firms. The most important advice Ken offers to justice tech entrepreneurs is to simplify the law to make it accessible to laymen.
