University of California College of the Law unveils justice tech startup program

Excerpt from ABA Journal:

Legal journalist Matt Reynolds discusses the new Justice Tech Accelerator at UC College of Law’s LexLab. The 10-week program supports justice tech startups through training and mentoring, culminating in a demo day. LexLab director Drew Amerson notes the need for more access to justice tools.

Courtroom5 co-founder Sonja Ebron has participated in other accelerators and says this new program can similarly help grow justice tech. Ebron states the availability of a justice tech-focused accelerator will attract more entrepreneurs to address the access-to-justice gap.
