Today, we introduce Sonja Ebron, founder of Courtroom5 in Durham, NC. Courtroom5 offers automated litigation support for people in court without a lawyer.
Q: Sonja, what problem are you trying to solve and what influenced you to start your company?
A: I was a college professor with a great middle-class income, but I couldn’t afford a lawyer when I was sued. Once I figured out how to represent myself, I wanted to help others do the same.
