To what community cause or charity are you most committed?
“The Legal Services Corporation (LSC) and other legal aid organizations focus on providing free legal services to people near the poverty line, but they lack the resources to meet the demand. I contribute what I can to LSC and urge others to do the same.”
Will the pandemic have a long-term impact on how you and your organization do business?
“Yes, certainly. The pandemic is forcing us to segment our core product to address some of the financial consequences of the pandemic. We are seeing more debt collection, foreclosure, and bankruptcy cases and changing our processes to meet that demand.”
What is something you are looking forward to this year?
Introducing young lawyers to a new way of providing legal services to middle-class people who can’t afford traditional representation.
